Tina Deveau, PhD-ABD, LMHC, QS

Dr. Deveau is a Primary Therapist at Lifeskills Orlando. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida, her Master’s degree from Southeastern University, and her Ph.D. from Walden University, where her concentration was counseling and trauma. Dr. Tina uses interventions to treat her clients from evidence-based approaches. These approaches include dialectical behavior therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and brain spotting. She tailors her interventions to meet the needs of her clients as individuals. Her initial goal is to help her clients create a sense of safety, and then she works with her clients to develop new thought patterns and behaviors. Dr. Tina has over 10 years of experience effectively working with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, OCD, post-traumatic stress disorder, substance use disorders, attachment issues, bipolar disorder, and autism spectrum disorder. She is originally from the Midwest but considers herself a Floridian. She enjoys reading and spending time at the beach.
