Clinically Excellent Residential Psychiatric Treatment
Preparing clients for life after treatment
The Smoky Mountain Lodge at Pasadena Villa is a residential psychiatric treatment center in the beautiful Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee. Our compassionate, dedicated staff fosters an environment of healing. By providing treatment for the full spectrum of mental health disorders, we ensure that clients are well prepared for life after treatment.
What Makes Smoky Mountain Lodge Different?
Healing Environment
Our Smoky Mountain Lodge sits just outside Great Smoky Mountain National Park, offering our clients ample opportunities to enjoy the great outdoors. We take full advantage of our location and offer many options for recreational therapy, including hiking. It’s the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and slow down enough to focus on self-care. Residents also have weekly access to The Stables, our tranquil location offering equine therapy and other forms of animal-assisted therapy.
The Social Integration Model™ Difference
At the heart of our programs is our Social Integration Model, during which therapists enact real-time therapeutic interventions while clients experience real-life situations. Social integration is used to ensure social and life skills treatment concepts are not only reviewed but are experienced in the moment. Professional guidance is also provided to clients to help them implement their newly learned skills.
Evidence-Based Treatment
Our program is firmly rooted in evidence-based treatment methods with individualized treatment plans created for each client based on their specific needs. In tandem with our Social Integration Model our clinical team uses multiple therapeutic modalities.
If you’re looking for psychiatric treatment, we’re here to help. Call us at 407.574.5190 or complete our contact form.

Levels of Care
Intensive Residential Treatment (RTC)
In our Intensive Residential Treatment, clients receive the highest level of around-the-clock supervision and support. By living onsite, clients have access to continuous care and constant support and participate in a variety of individualized therapy and education.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Our partial hospitalization program offers treatment five days a week with a housing option in gender-specific group homes. While there is less supervision with this option, clients still have access to on-call support staff day or night and participate in a variety of individualized therapy and education.
Care Through Culinary™: Helping Our Clients Progress In Their Recoveries
Food is often an overlooked component of quality care. However, we’ve found that serving high-quality, thoughtfully prepared, fresh, and nutritious food has a direct impact on how clients approach their treatment. Nourishing the mind and body is part of our whole-person approach to care as it helps accelerate each person’s path towards recovery. For us, culinary excellence means nourishing the mind and body through well-balanced meals, building supportive communities with others during meals, or enjoying foods that may be new along with the familiar smells and tastes of home.
