Kim is a Certified Life Coach who has 19 years of experience working with residents diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness as well as those on the spectrum at Pasadena Villa. Kim received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Central Florida. Kim specializes in life skills development and is responsible for educating the residents on how to increase their level of independence using their executive functioning skills such as organization, stress management, flexibility, and time management to name a few. Kim is a motivating force in the workplace and uses her positive attitude to encourage others to work hard and succeed. Kim is inspired daily by her husband and three children. For relaxation, Kim enjoys being creative in her planner and bullet journal.
