Erin Snider

Erin has over 20 years of experience in business management and 15 years in the behavioral health field, serving in a variety of leadership roles. She spent five years with Mayo Clinic’s residential addiction treatment center, working with adolescents and adults, admissions, and detox. Erin also served as a mental health practitioner, providing community and school-based mental health services. She has partaken in program development and restructuring projects in areas of adolescent treatment, autism spectrum disorder, school-based mental health services, and life skills. Erin is dedicated to creating a strength-based team that cultivates growth, healing, and a creative approach to individualized care. Erin has a deep-rooted love for animals, spending most of her life, living or working on a farm. Her passion being horses, she traveled and showed horses competitively, where she earned United States and Canadian National Top Ten Honors. In her free time, she enjoys time with her husband and 4 children, supporting them as they pursue their aspirations.
