Emily Oare, MS

Emily received her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health from Carson-Newman University. She is currently pursuing a LPC license with a Mental Health Service Provider Designation. As a clinical therapist, Emily takes a holistic approach to treatment, addressing the underlying issues that contribute to a person’s challenges while also providing practical strategies for managing symptoms and improving overall well-being. She is skilled in a range of evidenced-based therapies, including Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, Dialectical Behavioral therapy, and trauma therapy. She is committed to providing compassionate, client-centered care to all those she works with. In addition to clinical work, Emily believes strongly in the importance of self-care. She often incorporates mindfulness and relaxation techniques into her therapeutic approach, helping clients develop practical strategies for coping with stress and improving overall well-being.
