As the Case Manager for the TLLC, Ashley is responsible for evaluating and assessing the student’s needs, and developing an action to identify challenges, goals, and steps to accomplish the determined goals. She also works to link the students to a variety of professional services and agencies while aiding the students in overcoming difficulties. Ashely received her master’s degree in counseling psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University and will be eligible for licensure in January 2019. She has worked in an individual and group therapy setting with children, teens, adults, and families suffering from adjustment issues, relationship issues, autism, schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, women’s issues and substance abuse. Through her experience, Ashely has learned the importance of family and strongly encouraging family members to be appropriately involved in the client’s healing process. Her expertise in helping people who are hurting to begin the process of healing helps to give them the tools needed to manage life’s struggles and to grow.
