Our Team

Elisa is a New Jersey native social worker and has been in the field of behavioral health for over 20 years.  She earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Ramapo College of New Jersey and Master’s in Social Work from Kean University.  Elisa’s NJ certifications include; mental health screener, mediator and court approved parent coordinator. She has experience in diverse clinical settings, including; emergency psychiatric services, inpatient and outpatient programs, psychotherapy practice and residential treatment settings.  Elisa created and developed a social-emotional learning curriculum and broadcasted the importance of comprehensive education on NYC radio during a talk radio series she created. Teaching practice settings include a certified instructor for the NJ Division Human Services, adjunct professor for Passaic Community College and an educational consultant for social-emotional learning.  Elisa was the recipient of America’s Small Business Development Center NJ Success Award in 2019 for founding and developing GlowHouse Kids, LLC, a multisensory activity center.  Elisa has been riding horses since she was four years old, is an animal lover and vegetarian.
