Laura Drager – Human Resources Manager

Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of North Florida. She has worked in Human Resources for over nine years with experience in the financial, real estate and staffing industries.  Laura grew up in a residential treatment environment. For over 25 years, her family owned and operated a residential treatment facility for children with locations in Illinois, Florida and Tennessee.

Laura currently serves as the Human Resources Specialist at the Smoky Mountain Lodge location. She deals with all aspects of human resources, and day to day administrative office functions at this facility. 

Laura is a current member of the Society for Human Resources Management.
