Jeffrey Creech, MSW – Clinical Services Manager

Jeffrey has worked in the Mental Health field for 25 years in a variety of positions.  He started out as a Mental Health Tech in a private psychiatric hospital.  Later he worked as a Case Manager in two different Out-Patient Care programs providing Crisis Intervention and Counseling.  He has been a supervisor for an Assertive Community Treatment Team that serviced chronically mentally ill individuals in the community and also for a Supportive Housing Program.  Jeffrey was an Accreditation Coordinator for an Out-Patient Mental Health Program and a counselor at a rural medical facility.

He received his Masters in Social Work from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan and is currently completing post graduate requirements for his certification status as a Licensed Social Worker.
