Hanna Davidson – Chef of Cuisine
Hanna was born and raised in the Smoky Mountains where she developed a love for the local cuisine and flavors. She completed the culinary program at Walters State Community College. During the program, she majored in baking and pastry while focusing on hot foods. Hanna has over 7 years of experience stemming from the restaurant industry and now continues her passion with us learning and creating recipes at the Smoky Mountain Lodge.
