David Scott, LMFT – Psychotherapist

David graduated from Ozark Christian College in Joplin, MO with a double major Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Bible. In addition he attended Missouri Southern State University. He holds a M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy/Professional Counseling from Johnson University.

He has worked in a college counseling center, private practice, and residential treatment facilities as well as working as a Mobile Crisis Specialist. David’s experience ranges from working with youth, adults and families. He is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and is a clinical member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. He has received additional training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
