Chef Miguel Dotres – Culinary and Hospitality Manager
Chef Miguel designs the menus and recipes that create the daily meals served at each of our locations. By using only the finest and freshest ingredients chef and his teams deliver meals that capture the spirit of our programs and enhance our resident guest experience. He also manages hospitality at the Villa and Smoky Mountain Lodge. Chef Miguel provides training to our culinary team members and resident guest. Miguel has been in the restaurant industry for 18 years prior to joining our team. Chef Miguel has trained at the Ritz Carlton and most recently owned and operated two restaurants in Jupiter Florida. He attended Saint Thomas University and is a member of The American Culinary Federation currently working on receiving his Master Chef certification.
