Shannon Harris – Referral Relations Coordinator

Shannon started with us in 2009 as an Administrative Assistant.  Since then she has been promoted to Client Services Manager and is now the Referral Relations Coordinator for Pasadena Villa.  She has worked in the industry for a number of years and has extensive training and experience in customer service.

By having had the opportunity to work with both our families and referents, Shannon brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and understanding to this role.  Her passion for helping people is evident by everyone she meets.  She attended the University of Central Florida and received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and is currently furthering her education at Rollins College.
