Jennifer Kachmarik – Purchasing and Guest Relations
Jennifer has played a key role in our organization since our founding in 2001. She is responsible for Purchasing and Guest Relations in all of our locations. She is responsible for the resident’s overall living experience throughout Pasadena Villa®, TLLC, the Community Residential Homes and Smoky Mountain Lodge. She creates the interior design and décor, oversees the culinary portion and manages the hospitality aspects of all levels of care in our Florida and Tennessee locations. Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston and over fifteen years of experience in the mental health field. Her background includes working as a counselor for residential treatment facilities, private psychiatric care, and retail management. Jennifer is gifted at creating a clinical environment based on respect, dignity and professionalism, and a working culture based on teamwork, communication and shared accountability.
