One book I found called &quot;bipolar bare&quot; is a memoir about a person who has lived with a href=http://www.bipolarbarebook.com/about-the-book&gt;bipolar disorder&lt;/a&gt; all his life.  It really opened my eyes.  I never realized how serious it can be if let untreated.</description>
