 Pasadena Villa® was founded by three individuals who brought together a unique synergy and depth of talents. One of the three founders is a father of a young man in need of services. During his family’s struggles in searching for the best services for their son, it became quite apparent that there was a drastic gap in services available to adults and young adults.
Eventually finding services was a “turning point” for the entire family, and there is a great deal of satisfaction in helping so many other families with similar issues and needs. |

The other two founders bring to the organization a wealth of industry experience. George Kachmarik, board certified in professional counseling, has developed and directed various clinical programs for psychiatric hospitals, has ran a private practice, and taught at the US Naval Academy. David Nissen, board certified in healthcare management, was a psychiatric hospital executive officer whose experience includes intake, admissions, marketing, development, and executive leadership roles.
The three founders shared one clear vision: to provide uncompromised service to clients and families, with unwavering ethics and integrity, within the most unique and meaningful treatment experiences possible. |
