All of the programs within the Pasadena Villa Network of Services are private pay, and families/guarantors are responsible for the cost of treatment. The costs of treatment are determined by the individual’s level of care. Our fees are per diem (daily) all-inclusive rates, which include attending psychiatrist fees, individual therapy, group therapies, family therapy, recreational therapy, program activities, and room and board. The costs of medication, outside medical services and personal expenses are not included.
We offer two financing options that may assist with the costs of treatment: Clark Behavioral Health Financing and Serenity Loans. Please contact our Admissions Coordinator or Client Services Representative for more information.
None of our programs are on any insurance or managed care networks or panels, we do not bill any insurance companies for any services rendered, and we will not accept assignment of benefit from an insurance company. If a family wishes to seek reimbursement from an insurance company or managed care organization, our Client Services Representative can assist in this process.
Even if a family is seeking reimbursement from a third party payer, the client or financial guarantor is ultimately responsible for the costs of treatment. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express, as well as personal checks, wire transfers and ACH payments for services rendered.
Limited scholarship funds are available for those clients who meet certain criteria. There is no guarantee that scholarship funds will be available at any given time. Please contact our Admissions Coordinator or Client Services Representative for more information.

When families are experiencing financial constraints, financing a portion of the costs of treatment may be an option. Pasadena Villa® has partnered with Serenity Loans and Clark Behavioral Health Financing to provide two financing options for our families.
Financing may be used to pay for all or part of treatment at Pasadena Villa® in Florida, or at Pasadena Villa’s Smoky Mountain Lodge in Tennessee. The loan may also include additional transportation or accommodation costs for the client and/or family members, should it be required.
We understand that families not only have to financially pay for current services, but also need to plan ahead for future healthcare needs. In some situations, specific special needs planning could assist in planning for the unknown.
