In Florida, Pasadena Villa Orlando entered into a five-year affiliation agreement with the University of Central Florida College of Medicine. As an affiliate, Pasadena Villa Orlando will provide students opportunities to observe and participate in patient care under the supervision of psychiatrist Myrtho Mompoint-Branch, M.D., and other staff. Pasadena Villa® is committed to providing as much information as possible to assist families with treatment decisions. The residential treatment programs at Pasadena Villa® and the independent living programs at Transitional Living & Learning Center (TLLC) both implement our unique Social Integration Model. Residential care is further enhanced by more traditional therapies, including psychopharmacology, cognitive behavior therapy, psycho-social education and training, recreational therapy, expressive arts therapy and family therapy. |

One of Pasadena Villa's most unique features is our Social Integration Model, which allows our licensed clinicians to participate in our clients’ immersion in a wide variety of social, recreational and cultural community activities. In this process, our staff is able to observe our clients’ actual social interactions and functioning and intervene as necessary, which is beneficial right there, in the moment.
